Linko

Linko is a game where you put down as many cards as possible. 

1 point for each card dealt, and -1 point for each remaining card in the hand. 

Try intercepting as many cards as possible from other players. 

The game is over when someone has put down all the cards in their hand, and the player with the most points wins.

Please note that Linko is in Korean. However the game itself is language independent and English instructions are available online here.
